I co-directed and edited this 20-minute documentary on queer life in rural Suffolk, which premiered at the BFI Flare Festival 2022. It is not currently available to watch online, as it is still showing at festivals across the UK.

Shaping the Future: Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights at Work

The Shaping the Future project is a series of six interview-based documentaries exploring the human right to sexual and reproductive health, featuring activists from across the globe. It was funded by the WHO, and produced in collaboration with several leading Oxford researchers. I produced, directed and edited the series, working closely with the researchers and activists throughout.

Other installments in the series covered strategies, school, childbirth and abortion, plus one deep dive into health rights in Kenya.

How Eleanor Roosevelt Won The Battle For Human Rights

I edited this piece for the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, including finding all the archive footage and stringing two lectures together into a single narrative. The Oxford Law Faculty reported on the film here.

The Story of Woodsmith Mine

I produced, directed, and edited a set of films for Sirius Minerals, the company behind Yorkshire’s new Woodsmith Mine, during my time at Angel Sharp Media. This documentary tells the story of the project’s origins. As well as a further film in Yorkshire, I also went on to produce and edit mini-docs for Sirius in Minnesota, USA (see here, here, and here), and later Brazil (see here and here).

Mischief Managed

This is a mid-length fiction film that I devised, wrote, produced, and directed while a student at the University of Oxford.
